· Experience in end to end recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, assessment to hiring candidates
· Work on ATS, Job boards like Naukri, Linkedin, Social Media
· Managing the quality as well as SLA on candidate profiles sourced .
· Introduce new ways of engaging candidates during the recruiting process till they onboard.
· Offer negotiations as per compensation guidelines of the client and followup till release of LOI/Offer letter.
· Experience in working for staffing/recruitment firms
· Need Excellent English Communication (written & verbal)
· Min.6 month of exp. in Recruitment.
· Should have good leadership quality & ability to perform individually.
