HR Recruiter

Pune

Requirements :

Experience in Recruitment & Staffing.
Experience of end- end Recruitment dealing with IT
Should have experience on working with Portals.
Excellent communication skills.
Should have strong knowledge on end to end recruitment.
Should have strong knowledge on various sourcing strategies Know networking online and offline with potential candidates to promote the employer brand, reduce time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
Build a strong talent pipeline should have used various Portals (Naukri / Monster/LinkedIn) & Boolean Search.
Ability to understand technical Job Description & evaluate important keywords to perform the search. Prior work experience in IT recruitment is a must.
