Job Description

Job Description:- 
  • Work with internal management teams to understand their current and future hiring needs and job specifications.
  •  Developing job descriptions/ work profiles for the vacancies.
  • Develop and release job postings on platforms, such as career page, social media, employee referrals, company databases, free websites, and job boards.
  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Conducting telephonic interviews/initial screening and scheduling further interviews with hiring managers.
  • Taking continuous follow-up of candidates till joining.
  • Close the positions in the shortest span of time along with the right fit & salary negotiation.
  • Maintain a database of candidate records, resumes, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees.
  • Continuously partner with senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create and release job descriptions and announcements.
Requirements / Core Competencies
  • Proven hands-on experience on job portals like Naukri, indeed, etc.
  • Strong communications and organizational skills.
  • Good negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
