1. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
2. Manage full-cycle recruitment process for multiple positions across various departments, including posting job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
3. Continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Provide regular reports and analysis on recruitment metrics to management.
6. Serve as a bridge with work organizations, affiliations and agencies.
7. Conduct post-employment surveys on firing representatives.
8. Stay up to date with knowledge of HR via educational opportunities, maintain personal networks and professional publications
