Job Description

  • Candidate should have good communication skill and command on English language. 
  • Should also have a leadership skill.
  • Good computer knowledge (MS Office & Internet) is necessary.
Job Profile:
  • Job posting & finding right candidates.
  • Sourcing and screening potential profiles for job description.
  • Proper follow up and establishing relationships with our clients and candidates.
  • Would be responsible for effective usage of job portal, Internal Database for recording different stages in recruitment process.
  • Call applicants and perform phone screens.
  • Taking interview & communicate with candidates.
  • Tie up with companies & vendors.
