Manage Interview And Jobs Portal.

Recruitment Process For Assigned Hiring Recruitment.

Screening Resumes.

Performing In-Person And Phone Interviews With Candidates.

Performing For Company For New Staff & Salary Calculate And Management Hiring An Employee.

Coordinating Interviews With The Hiring Managers Following Up On The Interview Process Status.

Developing own network of suitable candidates.

Handling of administration and record-keeping.

Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.

Executing recruitment plans efficiently.

Drafting and posting job descriptions.

Interviewing candidates.

Preparing job offers.

Networking with various institutions and social media.

Conduct post-employment surveys on firing representatives.

Stay up to date with knowledge of HR via educational opportunities, maintain personal networks and professional publications
