2. Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.
3. Should have good communication skills.
4. Manage End to End recruitment cycle starting with Sourcing, Screening & qualifying potential candidates with assessment of interest, co-coordinating the interview with the panel, Salary negotiation.
5. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants ability
6. Responsible for organizing and conducting interview.
