Responsibilities
Source and recruit top software development talent for the company from job portals, recruitment fairs, etc.
Pitch the company and follow-up with potential candidates, increase brand visibility in colleges and social media, organize recruitment drives, etc.
Be a part of the "culture team" to foster an awesome work environment for the team.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree (degree in HR is a plus)
Minimum 1 year experience with hands-on recruiting with a proven track record
Good oral and written communication skills
Organized and enthusiastic - must have a positive attitude
Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals is a must
Familiarity posting to Social Media is a plus
