Job Description

Designation: HR Recruiters

Location: Chennai

We are looking for a HR Executive

Responsibilities & Duties:

Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Administering appropriate company assessments
Performing reference and background checks

Leading Chennai Based Consulting Company looking for HR Recruiters with knowledge of Bulk Hiring in BPO / IT / BFSI industry.

Role: HR Recruiter (Non IT)

Exp: min 6 months to max 3 years

Industry: BPO (Preferably from Consultancy / BPO background)

Salary: 1.8 to 3.5 Lakhs

No of Positions: 20 Nos.

Role: IT Recruiter (Hardcore IT)

Experience: min 1 years to max 5 years

Industry: Knowledge of IT Technologies / IT Recruiting

Salary: Negotiable (Best in the Industry)

No of Positions: 5 Nos
