Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers
2. Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks
3. Working on reviewing resumes and screening candidates
4. Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
5. Assisting with negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates
6. Building and maintaining a database of candidates

Who can apply:

1. Ability to demonstrate work experience related to recruiting lifecycle (prospecting, screening, submission & follow-up, etc.)
2. Any graduate with internship experience in IT recruitment or staffing
3. Familiarity with social media, job boards, resume databases and professional networks
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Experience with contract/permanent staffing hiring
6. Hungry & passionate to climb the ladder by ensuring quality delivery & practicing continuous improvement
7. Experience in sourcing candidates through Boolean search and LinkedIn
8. HR background if they have completed their Master's and if any graduate is applying they should be looking to work and make their career in HR/recruitment
9. Can dedicate themselves to working with us even after the internship is over if we offer them to onboard with us
