Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Acquiring and understanding the job brief from the respective clients
2. Scheduling of client meetings on a time-to-time basis to discuss the job openings
3. Sourcing candidates through various social media channels
4. Conducting initial rounds of interviews of candidates before sending them to the client location for the next round
5. Handling negotiation of salaries upon selection of the candidates
6. Closing of positions in a timely and effective manner
7. Maintaining relationships with clients during the whole recruit
