Job Description
Designation: HR (Recruitment)
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source and screen potential applicants for our company
2. Use a variety of methods to find and engage suitable talent
3. Facilitate the interview and onboarding processes
4. Collaborate with the hiring managers and HR team to create job postings that reach the suitable candidates
5. Assist in various HR-related tasks
6. Proactively support special recruiting projects
Skills & Requirements:
1. Organized with a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of the recruitment process
2. Previous HR experience, enthusiasm, and the desire to grow
