We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced HR Senior Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent for our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for open positions.
- Source qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and cover letters to identify candidates who meet the qualifications for open positions.
- Conduct phone interviews and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and fit for the company culture.
- Negotiate offers of employment and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and updates.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies effectively.
- Analyze recruiting data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 6-9 years of experience in HR recruitment, with a proven track record of success in filling open positions.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Excellent sourcing and screening skills.
- Experience with conducting phone and in-person interviews.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
