Job Description
- Bachelor Degree / MBA or equivalent (any specialization) (Specialization in Human Resource Management will be an advantage)
- Experience in Global HR shared services and 2 Plus years' experience in SAP HR - mandate and (SUCCESS FACTORS EMPLOYEE CENTRAL preferable)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines has to be good
- Knowledge of HR processes and exposure to a Shared Service Center environment
- Ability to maintain highly confidential and sensitive information
- Possess initiative & drive; with strong desire to continuously improve processes & deliver against agreed objectives/ service levels
- Ability to work effectively in a team and willingness to help others
- Experience with common help desk tool such as CRM is a plus
- Ability to work with/manage documents on a SharePoint is desirable.
- Open to work in US Shifts (US Shifts starts from 10 PM or 10:30 PM IST - 7 AM or 7:30 AM IST)
Salary: INR 2,50,000 - 5,00,000 PA.
