Job Description
• Handling the complete recruitment life cycle i.e., right from
understanding the profile to sourcing and screening,
telephonic interview, coordination of interviews, salary
negotiation, post offer process and final joining.
• Being the SPOC for different functions and servicing their
mandates in a professional approach within a defined
timeline. Maintaining the profitability of the team.
• Sourcing the required profiles through job portals,
references, headhunting, mapping techniques, online
channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
• Screening applicants to assess technical competency,
credentials and attitude.
• Syncing up with stakeholders for meeting their hiring
needs on a regular basis. Have data-driven discussions &
acting as advisor rather than only a facilitator.
• Maintaining reports diligently (pipeline, offers, candidates
details)
• Ensuring to attend every candidate that comes through
different sources & close loop
