HR Talent Management - Asst Analyst

Gurgaon, India

Key Skills/Experience Required :

MBA with 3-5 years’ experience in managing HR tools & data analysis
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to analyze, communicate, and reporting skills
Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel)
Deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis and trends
Experience with HR/Core Process agenda
Proven ability of using data analytics to provide quality insights
Customer orientation – established and proven customer service mind-set
Continuous improvement
Cultural awareness & sensitivity – understand broad HR agenda
Ability to multi task and manage through competing priorities
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Ability to handle extremely sensitive and business confidential information
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Proactively work to organize, respond to needs and anticipate what is needed by the individuals for whom she/he supports
