Job-Title: HR Technical Recruiter

Location: T. Nagar, Chennai

You will get enough training and hand holding with our immersive training in which you will learn all facets of recruitment.

Your typical day in the office:

You should bring in the right attitude to work.  Be able to work with the team. Your communication and interpersonal skills are critical to your success. You will have the ability to work independently, and the leaders will guide you towards a successful career.

Role/Responsibilities:
Responsible for all recruitment activities of Purple Drive Technologies and its clients.

· Sourcing resumes from different job portals – Naukri, Oorwin, Dice, Monster, Linkedin & from our ATS

· Calling the candidates to evaluate the technical skills

· Maintains daily log of recruitment activities.

· Coordinates interview schedules. Acts as the initial facilitator once the candidate till they are selected and on boarded.

· Provide candidate experience and meet the performance and process metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary:  CTC – 6 Lakhs per annum + Incentives paid residual, Lunch/Dinner , Retention Bonus

• Need to bring your own laptop\Monday to Friday for US
