Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews
2. Maintain and update the candidate database and job postings on various platforms
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
4. Coordinate and participate in career fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment activities
5. Assist in conducting orientation sessions for new hires and facilitate the onboarding process
6. Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, such as preparing offer letters and employment contracts
7. Stay informed about current HR trends and best practices to contribute innovative ideas to the team
