 Responsibility:

• Human Resource Generalist Activities.
  
• Assist recruitment process and employee on-board.
  
• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  
• Administer and organize internal events/meetings.
  
• Maintain Employee Records
  
• Handling employee query/ grievance
  
• Support in Audit related process
  
• Performance Management of the employees and help team for appraisal.
  

• Entry level knowledge in any of the HR functions.
  
• Demonstrated Problem Solving skills with the ability to handle highly strategic and challenging Business problems.
  
• Should be passionate on People Management.
  
• Working proficiency and communication skills in Verbal and Written English.
  
• Fresh BBA, BCA, BCOM, MBA candidates are preferred.
