Job Description:
  • Manage Onboarding & Mobility Operations for various customers
  • Manage Talent Acquisition & Governance Operations for various customers.
  • Manage Vacancy, Sourcing, Selection processes.
  • Manage Job Evaluation Strategies.
  • Manage Audit & governance processes and the metrics on a day to day basis.
  • Ensure delivery and meet SLAs.
  • Provide regular reports.
  • Program manage the team and work loads
  • 'Initiate process controls, quality plans and risk mitigation initiatives.
  • Managing the team including recruitment, training and attrition of the team members
  • Managing processes and metrics on day to day basis.  Train and develop resources during transition and ongoing basis.
