Job Role: Human Resource Admin

0-1 years recruiting experience.

Excellent communication in English

Sourcing and Screening resumes

Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates

Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.

Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.

Coordinating for reference and background checks

Coordinating with team in joining formalities

Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved

Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process

Completing timely reports on employment activity
