Job Description

Human Resource / Admin- Talent Acquisition Executive 

·         Maintain a database of budgeted positions viz-a-viz current status, nos of vacant positions and work towards them.

·         Preparing job descriptions.

·         Posting Advertisements

·         Sourcing CVs through Email/job portals / social media

·         Screen resumes and should be able to conduct interviews.

·         Collect documents from employees as per standard checklist.

·         Responsible for planning and ensuring systematic induction for all new employees.

·         Coordinate and manage a wide range of employee engagement activities on regular basis.

·         Organize and facilitate the monthly quarterly half-yearly yearly staffing reviews.

·         Support the various functions during the onboarding of new joiners to ensure the orientation process is properly complete.

·         Graduate in any discipline from a reputed university

·         Beautiful &Attractive

·         Minimum 6 yrs experience in Overseas recruitment/outsourcing of white & blue collar manpower with a reputed Recruitment Agency,

·         Expert in resolving Employees issues/disputes within the company framework

·         Good exposure to ESIC EPF Bonus, leave welfare, labor compliance.

·         Excellent in internal recruitment

·         Excellent in MS office especially in Advance Excel

·         Dynamic & presentable with excellent communication & negotiation skills,

·         Ability to organize skills assessments (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
