Job Description

Human Resource Administrator

Indicative roles & responsibilities:

  • Manage office administration-related work (eg. Management of stationery, office supplies, getting quotes from vendors, negotiating quotes).
  • Source candidates, conduct preliminary interviews or coordinate between candidates and internal stake-holder for in-house hiring for the recruitment, marketing, legal business verticals
  • Prepare invoices and follow up with clients for payments.
  • Conduct employee engagement activities.
  • Manage schedules of the directors.
  • Coordinate with external vendors.
  • Attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll management.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work under pressure, meet targets and work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Excellent soft-skills.
  • Ability to be persuasive and tactful.
  • Attention to detail.

Eligibility:

  • Any graduate degree
  • Experience: - 1 year in HR Generalist role and/or office administration role.
  • The candidate must be a resident of Bangalore
  • This job requires the candidate to work from the office (the work from home option is not available)
