Requirements and skills
· Handling queries of new joiners and helping them complete processes and formalities.
· On boarding, new joiner Background verification etc.
· Follows the establishes standards and procedures without any gaps.
· Creation of Ecode for new joiners. Documents Verification for New Joiners as per company requirement.
· Documents consolidation and uploading of new joiners on company portal (ATS).
· Co-Ordination with Candidate and Vendors.
· Generate, maintain, consolidate and track various Daily/ Weekly/Monthly reports.
· Change the employee designation, salary, updation of bank details.
· Maintaining PF and ESIC data.
· Maintaining, Scanning and linking personal files of employee.
· Knowledge of V-Lookup, H-Lookup and advanced Excel.
