Designation – Human Resource Executive
Job Location – Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

- Performing Employee Engagement & Team-building activities for Employees
- Work closely with managers to determine hiring needs and review and understand job requisitions
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance records.
- Keeping track of employees’ attendance/absenteeism and process the payroll.
- Preparing job descriptions, posting ads on various Job portals, and managing the hiring process.
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
- Co-ordinate with other departments regarding the effective implementation of HR policies & procedures and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
- Maintain the General Administrative matters on a day-to-day basis in coordination with the HR Manager.
- Prepare HR-related reports (i.e. MSI) on a timely basis.
Education Qualification:Minimum Qualification- BBA/ MBA/ PGDHR in Human Resources.
Base Salary 1.8 LPA to 3 LPA. Not a constraint for right candidate.
Candidate with having 1 year of Experience in similar domain would be preferred.
