Job Description

Human Resource Executive

WedoWebApps Pvt Ltd. hiring good HR Executive for the organization.

Experience: 1 to 2.5 years

( 5 Days working, 70% recruitment and 30% generalist work, Great work Place, Immediate Joiner, Ahmedabad location)

Role and Responsibilities:-

Handle all end to end hiring and training procedures for new employees in IT Industry
Continually educate employees on company policies
Administer or change benefits, health plans, etc.
Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
Time to time meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have
Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
Handling attendance and Payroll process of employees

Requirements and Qualifications:-

Good command on communication oral and written
Honest, ethical, adaptable, positive go-getter attitude, and problem-solving skills
Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes
Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable
Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, or related field
Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs.
A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters
