Job Description

Requirements:-

Highly focused individual with self-driven attitude

Sourcing candidates from various Job portals based on the company requirements

Screening the candidates resumes and contacting relevant candidates

Arranging interviews for selected candidates

Follow up with shortlisted candidates

Updating trackers and preparation of reports

Posting jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc

Excellent communication - oral and written.

Ability to research, understand the business process
Eligibility:-

Graduate or Post-graduate from a reputed college or university
Excellent learning skills, and maintaining good relationships with candidates
Past experience of working in fast paced work environment
Familiar with sourcing techniques
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
