Job Profile: Human Resource Executive (Female candidates only)

Job Location: Gurgaon

Working Days: Monday to Friday, 2nd and 4th Saturday working

Shift: 10am – 6:30pm

Job Requirement:-

·         Candidate should have their own laptop

·         Minimum Experience of 2 years in the same profile with excellent communication skills

·         Immediate Joiners are preferred

·         Proven work experience as an HR Executive

·         Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems

·         Experience with full-cycle recruiting

Roles and Responsibilities:-

·         Hiring suitable employee

·         Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation

·         Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment, and full and final settlements

·         Recording, maintaining, and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality

·         Conducting various welfare activities and Community initiatives programs - organizing and participation

·         Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques

·         Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees

·         Monitor HR department’s budget
