• We are hiring Freshers for our Domestic IT Recruitment process. 
• The work location would be Hitech City, Hyderabad. It’s must work from Office only. 
• Office Timings 9 AM to 6.30 PM - 6 Days a week.   
• Staff Augmentation is one of our major verticals. As a part of Staff Augmentation,

The selected candidates will be involved in the below day to day activities 

• Gather theJob Requirements/Positions  from the reporting lead / Manager 
• Analyzing the JOB Description and finding the Key skills that, the client is looking at
• Sourcing the Resumes from the Job Boards, and Social Media by using the Key skills
• Finding the best Resumes that suit to the given JD [Job Description] 
• Calling the Candidates and talking to them to understand better 
• Analyzing the Resource or Job Seeker whether they are matching to the given JD 
• Analyzing the resource interest level for the job opening. 
• Proposing the profile to the lead / Manager along with required details 
• Scheduling the interview for Face To Face / Video Call as per the client's convenient time 
• Collecting all Necessary Documents upon selection.
• Coordinating with HR for Salary Negotiations and Release an offer letter
• Follow-up with the resource till onboard

Salary: During the training, you will get 10KPM + Performance-Based Incentives. The training period will be 3 to 6 Months. After Training the salary will be revised and will give you the best as per industry based on your performance.
