Position: Human Resource Executive

Reports To: Account Manager/Business Unit Head

Job Overview: HR Executive is a part of the core business team in TRUSTKLUB and helps the organization to grow through Client Service Delivery

Key Resultant Areas:

Managing End to End Recruitment Cycle for Client Companies
Planning Recruitment Strategy based on Job Description
Sourcing Candidates through various source & Interview Coordination for all shortlisted candidates
Successful On-Boarding
Meet Defined Business Target through Client Service Delivery
Maintain quality standards as benchmarked by the company
Maintaining Recruitment MIS & Databases

Required Profile:

A Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university
0-1 year of experience in recruitment, tele-calling & BPO industries.
Excellent verbal and written communication
Good working knowledge in Ms Office
