• Screening Candidates via written test, telephonic, video call & F2F
• End-to-End Recruitment process
• Taking follow-ups.
• Tie-ups with colleges for Campus placements for hiring talents( Freshers)
• coordination with the sales team
• Handle Daily Sales Reports
• Cross Verification
• Making Increment charts on the basis of performance, not year or age
• Manage Payroll & offer letters & salary slips
• Time to time organizing technical, sales, or motivational training for technical team as well the sales team
• Doing sales coordination & verifying DSR
• Support to sales team & motivating for achieving sale target
• Arrange training sessions for personality development
• Evaluates the performance of salespeople
• Hires and fires team members when necessary
• Reads and evaluates sales reports
• Trains new employees to make sure they meet various guidelines & achieve targets
