Job Summary
Basic responsibilities of the HR department, handling areas such as personnel management, maintenance of HR records & Employee relation.
Responsibilities and Duties

• Source profile from job Portals and Social media
• Done Initial Screening through telephone.
• To check the suitability, fitment and quality of candidates.
• Coordination of interviews.
• Update Status to Selected candidates.
• Collected Documents from Selected candidates.
• Part of salary Discussion / negotiation/ Sharing Fitment.
• Processing Document for Offer Letter.
• Supervise team members and provide them with the training and direction they need to meet the company and personal expectations.
• Handle associate grievances, complaints and questions in a prompt manner. Involve human resources when necessary to handle sensitive situations and complaints.
• Handle daily expenses.
