Job Description


The primary purpose of the role is to:
  •   Recognize and strive to meet client's hiring needs.
  •   Thorough research and in depth understanding of clients profile, culture, market status.
  •  Understand and analyze overall client's need and requirements(Job description, compensation, role expectations, role analysis) and providing the right solution by right fit.
  •  Search, screen and engage with candidates through portals and other channels, screen resumes, schedule interviews.
  •   Search for potential candidates using hiring databases, social media, and professional networking.
  •   Create and implement recruiting strategies
  •  Create and post job advertisements
  •   Assess applications and resumes
  •  Screen & interview applicants before presenting to the clients.
  •  Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and on boarding.
  •  Managing the database and creating reports.
