Roles and Responsibilities: Good verbal and written communication.
Creating and maintaining MIS reports
Should know Emails handling, Recruitment (Non IT),screening, shortlisting, interviewing candidates, volume hiring, Joining formalities, Administration, Leave Management, Attendance, etc.
The HR Generalist will be responsible for Payroll, Employee Relations, and Exit formalities.
. Provide support to employees for various topics, like Leaves, compensation, etc.
Recruitment, On-boarding, Documentation, Leave management, Payroll Management.
Desired Candidate ProfileShould have general and business process awareness, Internet awareness, computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel),and decent typing skills required.
The candidate must have experience in the above job profile function.
Strong written, interpersonal, and communication skills to work with teams and individuals at all levels within the organization
Must have good communication skills
Should be able to manage day to day and periodic HR tasks independently
Should be flexible, responsible, and committed to the role served Reliable
Should be able to take initiatives in new HR areas required for the company's growth
Able to make decisions when and wherever needed.
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
