Design salary structures and pay ranges based on market benchmarking
Obtains data and runs both standard and ad hoc reports on a monthly, quarterly and as-needed basis. Identifies ways to measure and report organizational effectiveness.
Gathers data from market-based compensation surveys; uses spreadsheet and data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends.
Conducts compensation market analyses as required for requested positions and prepares data and completes/submits selected compensation surveys
Manages and administers end-to-end merit increase and promotion cycle for India
Analyzes benefits data for tracking, trending, identification of issues, and improvements.
Has the ability to interpret meaning from the data to aid in future rewards improvement and strategy
Advanced excel knowledge to create analytical summaries, cost analyses, dashboards and analysis
