The Human Resource Generalist, Assistant Manager provides support in all Human Resource functional areas (Benefits, employee relation, Communication, total rewards),maintains accuracy of the data in HRIS systems and payroll process, and serves as a single point of contact for all employee relation questions. This position is responsible for supports career development of employees at the Account Manager and Group Manager level and works with leaders to identify and develop talent.

Lead the education, communication and support of HR initiatives by partnering with business leaders to drive performance management, employee development, adherence to company policies and procedures and HR administration (NHO, benefits, compensation, employee relations etc.)
Manage resolution of employee relations investigation to ensure fair, consistent and proper resolution in consideration of company policy, procedures and values. Document and communicate policies and processes when required.
Implement the payroll process and provide timely and accurate payroll inputs in collaboration with Encore team. Ensure invoicing, salary payouts and incentive payouts are done accurately every month. Update HRIS system, manage attendance and admin tasks to provide proper and accurate data entry, maintenance and reporting in a timely manner.
Partner with leaders to manage retention goals and develop and implement retention strategies. Conduct exit interviews, and present attrition analysis and corrective action plans to leadership from time to time. Manage the full and final payout process, ensuring that processing of settlements for exiting employees is done accurately and within timelines.
Partner with leaders and managers to develop direct reports and talent including employee assessment programs, development plans
Lead the development of employee programs and communications to foster a positive, collaborative and engaged environment. Plan and execute monthly engagement and fun calendars. Conduct employee focus groups regularly and provide insights of the feedback to operations and HR leaders. Drive the resolution of issues raised in focus groups with relevant stakeholders.
Manage new hire on boarding including documentation and induction processes.
Education : MBA – HR
Experience : 3 to 5 years as an HR generalist.
Additional skills :
Should possess excellent communication skills
Should be proficient with MS Office and advanced Excel skills.
Should be comfortable working with large volumes of data
Should have a high bias for action and working under stringent timelines
