Designation: Human Resource Intern
Key responsibilities:⦁ - Work on multiple roles for various clients on IT and Non-It requirements⦁ - Successfully close the role mandates in a speedy manner⦁ - Source, call and screen, schedule the candidates from junior most to senior roles⦁ - Complete follow up and ensure the interviews, client follow-ups and closing the loop effectively with zero leakage in a prompt manner⦁ - Ensure good client relationship for the business and additional growth on regular basis⦁ - Work with candidates for support, follow up and maintain them warm for joining the organisations⦁ - Timely and accurate reporting the Management in a transparent and accountable manner
Key Skills- Good communications skills - written & spoken- Good skills in MS office & Internet (Excel, Word, PPT)- Have experience in working on multiple portals to source, organise and screen candidates say Naukri, Indeed, Linkedin, Monster, Quikr etc- An organised and disciplined personality who can work under pressure to deliver urgent and critical mandates- Self driven, positive attitude and motivated with a sense of accountability towards work and organisation- Experience and ability to work on multiple roles and priorities, and efficiently manage the workload for the successful closures.
Qualification- Graduation or Post Graduation or Under Graduate - Prior experience in Recruitment is a must (Candidates from Recruitment firms will be given preference)- Good communication skills (Written and Spoken)- Good computer skills especially on MS office and Internet usage
