JOB DESCRIPTION FOR HUMAN RESOURCE INTERN

We are searching for Human Resource Intern to join and help our HR team the company. The interns will complete all the tasks that would be allotted to them like Screening Resumes, Shortlist Candidates, Scheduling Interviews, Initial Background Checks, and providing suitable suggestions to improve HR policies.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Post and Update Jobs for Sales and Marketing in the Online Portals or Any Job Sites

Screen Resumes from those portals

Interview the candidates & update the tracker

Schedule their interview with the HR Team

Keep a record of Non-selected candidates & for selected candidates

On board the Selected candidates

Conduct an Induction process for them

Give them proper information about the company and the events created by the company

Provide Training on selling those events to the customers

Keep a track of those interns and their work

Once their task is completed, further process with the certificates & letter of recommendation

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

Proficient in MS- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email

Problem Solving Capabilities

Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills

Should Able to work in Team
