Location : Hyderabad (If pandemic situation normalises you need to shift to Hyderabad)

Job Type : Internship

Duration : 6 months

Responsibilities :

• Handle end to end recruiting responsibilities
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, networks, and references, etc.
• Screen candidates CVs and job applications
• Prepare a Job Description, Talking to a stakeholder or a Hiring Manager and understanding the requirement, narrate it and post the job on an appropriate job board/ Social media Platforms.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the recruitment process
• Coordinate with the offered candidate until they join the organization
• Promote open positions through social media inside the company and use other channels
• Represent the company at recruiting events
• Coordinate with candidates on the interview process
• Contribute to recruiting strategy and planning
