Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on Zoho Recruit to post new positions on websites and job boards, screen resumes and applications, coordinate interviews, send offer and regret letters, collect and update our database with new hire information

2. Collate and populate data of leads, institutes, contacts into Zoho Recruit

3. Work on the management of employee data

4. Use Zoho One Suite to manage projects and collaborate with other team members

5. Create and maintain complete project documentation

Stipend: INR 5000 per month with a bonus payable on completion.

Login: Ideally you are expected to log in eight hours every day, six days a week with the flexibility to choose your hours. You can log in for less / more on a day to day basis. Excess hours will be banked.  

You are expected to log in 1248 hours for this internship over six months. (longer, if your daily login is less than 8 hours or you have taken leave). One month will be deemed completed on login of approx. 200 hours.  Post internship, eligible candidates will be receiving offers on mutually acceptable terms.

Timings: Flexible, need not be in one stretch.

Duration: 6 months  

Note: The internship duration will get extended if you take off for exams / emergencies. Stipend gets transferred to your account on the 10th of every month as a prorated amount of the hours logged in till 30th of preceding month.
