KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Primarily will be responsible for Talent acquisition across various functions of the organisations
- Work towards building a network of consultants to scout talents across the country as the Company steps up its hiring
- Responsible for both on boarding and exit of Employees and manage the transition effectively and efficiently
- Measure employee retention and work with top management in building blocks towards employee retention and satisfaction.
- Responsible for managing employee database and work towards automation with the top management.
