Roles & Responsibilities
Selected candidate’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
Posting job requirements on various internship/job portals and other on social media platforms
Following up with the candidates who have applied and shortlisting the good applications
Onboard selected candidates.
Manage and track the performance of candidates. Ensuring proficiency of work done by the selected candidates and make sure that they meet the given timelines.
Essential skills
Strong communication skills and IT fluency
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Team player with complete ownership of work.
