Responsibilities:
• Coordinate centrally with the operations and station teams for updating reports and other hiring-related processes.
• Good understanding of mobile applications and dashboards.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience (bulk blue collared sourcing experience in the logistics industry preferred).
• Excellent communication and leadership qualities.
• Sending daily reports on assigned positions
• Filling gaps within given TAT.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders towards closing the positions.
• Maintaining daily tracker on open positions
• Ready to travel anywhere as per the business needs and requirements.
• Lead the supply operations in zone (sourcing of delivery associate, onboarding, deployment and retention/attrition control, Rider Activities and Reporting.

Salary Structure -
- 15K to 25K In Hand (& Depends upon interview)
