Job Description

Human resource Manager
- Employee should be well versed with Payroll, Recruitment, Employee Appraisal and also should have good communication skills. 
- Should be good in communicating in English and Kannada. 
- Oversee daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientations.
- Administer compensation and benefit plans.
- Handle employee relations, addressing grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and safety standards.
- Plan and coordinate training and development programs.
- Provide HR advice and support to managers and staff.
- Conduct performance and salary reviews.
