Responsibility:

• Manage and oversee all Human Resource functions including administration, identify opportunities for improvement and resolve problem
• Develop human resource policies and procedures for overall HR operation and ensure the new developments are informed properly for the management
• Manage and implement performance management system, succession planning and talent management
• Recruitment planning and selection for each appropriate position
• Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals
• Manage compensation and benefits of employees according to the Organization and be able to compete with the labor market
• Update Organization's structure, including job analysis and job evaluation as guidelines in human resources management
• Development and performance appraisal planning to comply with the direction of the organization and it should be performed in realistic action, presented to Management team for consideration in appointment, transfer and compensation management
• Manage the discipline and labor laws, improve employee regulations, and communicate to employees understanding about the Organization's regulations including employee relation and engagement

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or above in Human Resource Management, Political Science or related field
• Extensive work experiences in Human Resources and Organization Development, HR policies and system
• Minimum of 5 years of experiences in Human Resource Management
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Result driven and ability to adapt well to changes
• Good English command, computer literacy and interpersonal skill
