We are looking for a high-performing Human Resource Manager to act as an affinity between the workforce and the management. You will be responsible for hiring and laying off employees, planning personnel needs, and conducting job analysis.
You will also need to evaluate performances, manage salaries and wages, schedule employee vacations, provide benefits, resolve disputes, and communicate with employees at every level.
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization or strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs and practices.
