Your Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Leadership Development Program is designed to help successful, highly motivated talent to make an impact in the HR team of IBM. Participants will gain rich experience, HR vertical rotations, develop critical HR specific and leadership skills throughout the tenure in IBM. Participants can expect to build a strong network of connections with cross functional leaders, business and HR Leaders both at an India as well as Global level. We will assign you to work with a team where your skills will be the best suited.
