Human Resource Recruiter – IT/NON IT 

Job Description 

· Understand client requirements related to their IT needs and deliver qualified consultants.

· Build relationships with Consultants/Candidates for the provided geography

· Source and screen potential candidates for the technical requirements

· Draft recruiting emails, design and update job descriptions for the technical fulfillment

· Facilitate candidates placement with our Clients and solicit referrals from the contacts

· Submit highly qualified candidates to our HNI Clients

· Exceed Daily Targets and create pipelines for Monthly Targets

· Must have and develop strong networking ability to connect with people

· Assist HR in the onboarding process of candidates

Qualifications:

· Any graduate Bachler’s Preferred

· 2+ year’s Experience in IT Recruiting, IT Sourcing, IT Screening is added advantage

· Experience in Social Media Marketing is an added advantage

· Good written and Verbal Communication

Work Location:

· Work from Office, Chennai, India

Work hours:

7.00 Pm to 4.00 Am IST (Night Shift)
