Job Description

Handling end to end recruitment
Sourcing profiles from job portals, social media, etc.,
Formulate new sourcing techniques
Candidate evaluation over the phone, to check job fitness
Followup with candidates till the date of joining
Negotiation with candidates on salary, notice period, etc.
Conducting and Handling walk-in drives
Manage the entire recruitment process
Reporting to the team lead on the status of recruitment
