Role & Responsibilities:-

1.       Handling the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

2.       Sourcing relevant profiles (from various Souring strategies’).

3.       Screening & shortlisting relevant profiles, scheduling interviews negotiation skills and following up with joining & Handling walk-ins.

4.       Highly resourceful, creative, and dexterous in facilitating the life cycle process of recruitment, internet sourcing, networking, relationship building and closing techniques.

5.       Need to be individual contributor & Good understanding of IT technical skills.

6.       Should be Creative, Energetic, Flexible and with good communication skills both written and oral communication.
